How to check if Oracle HTTP server is up in commandline on EM12c server

Hello,

My EM 12c always shows and send email to me saying oracle http server ohs1 is down. from em12c GUI, I also see it is down but when I try to start it up, it says the component is already alive. I am not sure why is that. I need to know how can I check the http server status from EM12c server and using commandline method. By the way, it looks everything is ok for me. What is the Oracle HTTP server 's funtionality on EM12c middleware?
