Internal error occurs when applys escalation password

Hi,

I did to apply escalation password on cell server, then the following error occured.

-> set /SP/users/fieldeng/escalation escalation_password=true

Password:********

Operation failed

set:internal error

Why did internal error occur?

What kind of error is tihs?

Could you please give your advice?
