Anyone using OTM with SAP?

I'm looking to speak to anyone with experience using Oracle OTM with SAP.  It may sound odd but my understanding is it is quite common for companies on SAP to use OTM and we would like to get the benefit of your lessons learned and if you have any other advice.  Thanks in advance!.
