BI Publisher 11g standard alone Reports can view in Mobile

Hi,

We have Oracle BI Publisher 11g (11.1.1.7.0) standard alone version (I mean installed only BI Publisher). on top of 11.1.1.7.0 installed patch 17463314 - Patch 11.1.1.7.131017.

We can see BIP Reports in Mobile phones or tab?

What are the step we need to take care for this and OBIEE is mandatory for mobile.
