R12.1.3 - paygbbalfeed.ldt fails when applying HRGLOBAL after 18100149

Hello,

I've run through HR RUP6 pre-reqs, HR RUP6 itself, HR RUP6 known issue patches. Also I've applied 18100149 but get an error running HRGLOBAL.

FYI - I'm on very tight timescales to come up with a resolution in order to progress this patching to our next environment.
I'd appreciate a workaround.

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN

Dumping from LCT/LDT files ($APPL_TOP/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedbf.lct(120.0.12010000.8), $APPL_TOP/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_gb/paygbbalfeed.ldt) to staging tables

Dumping LCT file $APPL_TOP/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedbf.lct(120.0.12010000.8) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
