Oracle Service Request Approval through AME

As per business requirement, we need to implement approval process for service request in service module.

I have gone through the setup procedure as per Oracle TeleService Implementation and User Guide R12 to implement Oracle Service Request Approval through AME.

but that didn't quite meet our business expectations.


Our business scenario is as follows:

Field executives create the SR and the SR would be assigned to the respective manager for approval. In this case the manager would like to approve it through mail/through oracle notifications on Oracle homepage rather than accessing the forms.
The status flow we have is:
