Listener not start on HP UX

Hi all,

I am meet a problem on my oracle server where my OS is HP UX.
But the listerner doesn't start. this is following error :


TNS-12555: TNS:permission denied
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00525: Insufficient privilege for operation
Linux Error: 1: Operation not permitted


I using this solution

search on /var/tmp if the folder .oracle exist, i did not find.
so i created on current folder. I gave it right "777" subsequently this oracle:oinstall.
But i can't always start my listerner.

Can you have the explanation.
