Depot Repair form Error in Repair Actuals Tab

HI All,

when we  are trying to select source as WIP in Repair Actuals the ADD button does not get enabled .I am getting the following error :2 FRM: 40735 :WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

Can anybody suggest what can be done .
