Oracle Applications Manager (OAM) SQL Query

Hi,  Please transfer this to the appropriate group in communities if not here.

We run the SQL below and find duplicate output (extactly three but different metric results).  We are not able to determine why we can't duplicate the SQL on the System Administrator page (Navigation Oracle Applications Manager>>Dashboard>>Site Map>>Monitoring>>Usage>>Concurrent Processing Reports>>Programs Usage Statistics.  Query with % in both text fields).

We are needing to mark certain program results for various programs in order to track performance.  We need to extract this output to automate this tracking.  Oracle only provides a manual search in this form.
