Maintenance Management Security to access Recommend Labor Button

Normally, I have good luck searching this forum but with the changes I am lost in trying to find anything.  I know this is Supplier Relationship but I do not see FSCM Maintenance Management Group???

We have installed and are testing our role based security and cannot identify the setting that is preventing us from seeing the recommend labor button when creating a work order assignment in the maintenance module in Peoplesoft FSCM.  Can anyone help me?  Thanks in advance.
