OPatch Session completed with warnings. Patch_locked

Hi,

I tried to apply a patch using opatch and it completed with warnings.

I have ran the query:  ls -la $ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage and the patch_locked file is there but i cannot edit or delete it:

-bash-4.1$ cp patch_locked patch_locked1

cp: cannot stat `patch_locked': No such file or directory

I am working on a sanbox instance and i have not backed up the ORACLE_HOME prior to attempting to apply the patch.

Can anyone help?
