In January 2014 Fusion Middleware Proactive Patches were released. As part of this theer were PSU and CPUs relating to WebLogic Server. The PSU was 10.3.6.0.7 and some of the CPUs were CVE-2011-1411, CVE-2013-2390. The CPU which have a CVE score have a CVSS base score but the PSU does not. Can anyone tell me if there is a CVSS Base score associated with the release of the PSU or how do I determine the urgency of application of the PSU above a CPU.
