R12.1.3 : Invalid objects CET_BALANCE_UPLOAD, FND_APPSLIBS, HR_LOC_BP & PAY_NEW_OBJ_SEC_PKG

Hello,

We have some invalid package bodies in our 11.2.04 database for our E-Business suite :

CET_BALANCE_UPLOAD - PLS-00304: cannot compile body of 'CET_BALANCE_UPLOAD' without its specification - header missing - NO PACKAGE called CET_BALANCE_UPLOAD.

FND_APPSLIBS - PLS-00201: identifier 'FND_SECURE_FILE.VIEWURL' must be declared

HR_LOC_BP - PLS-00593: default value of parameter "P_ENTERED_BY" in body must match that of spec

PAY_NEW_OBJ_SEC_PKG - ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Our system has been upgraded from 11.0 to 11i to 12.1.3, over the past couple of years and these package bodies could relate to any of these upgrades.
