Default Coverage Template for Service Request for Calculating Reaction/Resolution times

Hello

I am creating a Service request without a contract (NO CONTRACT). How is the Respond By (Reaction Date) and Resolve By (Resolution Date) getting calculated based on the severity?

How will the system know that which Coverage template to fetch?
