Trying to create a report of CRM users at different points in time
Hi,
I need to look back at different points in time (I..e last quarter or last year) to see who my set of permissioned people were in the system and I need to group them by business level 1.
I ran a report in analytics for Usage Tracking History and I'm able to see the past active users but when I add the dimension of business level 1 it blanks out the count of users.
I chose Calendar Year, Business Level 1, # of Active Users,
and filtered by Cal Year >2011
This returns values for the year and Bus level, but the # of active users are blank.
