Vision instance R12.1.1 upgrade to R12.1.3

We are facing below error while Vision instance R12.1.1 upgrade to R12.1.3

Error details:

Upgrade patch # 9239090 is running

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

          FAILED: file jmfgtado.sql on worker  1.

Worker log details:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/opt/oracle/VIS/apps/apps_st/appl/jmf/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/jmfgtado.sql &batchsize

ORA-01434: private synonym to be dropped does not exist

ORA-06512: at line 44

This is due to script "jmf/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/jmfgtado.sql" is having below sql to find and drop synonyms of JMF from APPS

    SELECT object_name
