Deploy failed

Hello,

I am using EnterpriseOne 9.1 with JDeveloper 11.1.1.5.0 to create BSSV's.

I  have a successful build on the object in JDeveloper but upon deploying, I get an error message "[J2EE Deployment SPI:260010]Unable to connect"

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; No available router to destination

[09:12:59 AM] Destination unreachable; nested exception is:

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; No available router to destination

This is a new ground for me and am not sure where to begin to identify the issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
