CSI: Explode BOM is marked as No bus still the IB component relationship created

Hi,

We have some components under a ATP model as IB trackable. We donot want to create the component relationship to the parent Instance. We have marked that the CSI: Explode BOM as No but still the component relationship is created between the items. Is there a way to restrict this?
