Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Currently I’m trying to implement a custom 404-500 error page for our site. I’ve conducted a search on the oracle support page, and came up with 2 or 3 results that caught my attention:
