EAM Work Order with single operation (Outside Processing) - When will the status changes to Complete

I have an EAM work order with a single operation which is an outside processing operation. Work Order has been released and receipt has been made against the PO created for the OSP operation. Work Order Order is still showing the status as 'Released'.When will the status of an EAM work order will change to complete when it has a single operation which is outside processing operation
