Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Connection using SCAN intermitent

Hello

Recently we have configured a 2 node rac 11.2.0.3 both clusterware and rdbms

although all previous checks were succesfull, the connection using SCAN is intermitent: sometimes works, sometimes fails.

We've tested connection using both vips and public IP adresses and both works fine.

ONly with scan is the problem
