iplanet sunone webserver rename, cert8.db conflict

I renamed a server and updated all the configs in /opt/webserver7 but when I try and start the instance, the hostname in cert8.db doesnt match. It is a binary file and editing it with a hex editor didnt work.

How do I regenerate the cert8.db file so it picks up the new hostname of the server it is on ?
