R12.1.3 - MFS Follow up Task

Our technicians are issuing a follow up task against SR, but the task is defaulting the technician as the Owner of the Task.  How can we make it so upon issuing the Follow Up task, the task owner is defaulting to the appropriate group so the task can be scheduled accordingly.

Ideas?
