  This one-hour session is recommended for technical and functional users who want to understand the data and programs used in credit checking and how to determine if credit checking is returning unexpected results because of incorrect data, incorrect setup, misunderstood features, or a bug in the functionality.

TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:

  • What business functions are used to perform credit limit and aging limit calculations and how can you check to determine if you have the latest bug fixes for credit checking.
  • When credit limit checking is performed, what data tables and records are fetched and compared with the credit limit to determine if the credit limit is exceeded?
