Can I request Customer Care to do a refresh of my Stage instance anytime?
The reason is that R25 will be coming soon but I need my Stage to be refreshed in the next few days. I need to load some data in Stage and dedupe prior to moving them to Production. My current configuration is in CTE and I will migrate straight to Production (without passing Stage). But since I have these data for deduping I want my Stage to be refreshed from Production prior to loading the data.
Does Oracle CRMOD Customer Care entertain request such as this (refresh my Stage from Production)?
