Installing GI 12c on RHEL 5.7

Hi, I'm trying to install Oracle GI 12c on RHEL 5.7 x86_64 but I'm getting compilation errors due to missing packages. Can someone tell me the RPMs that need to be installed before installing GI 12c ?
