Accounting setup sla for Inter-Organization Transfer wrong

Dear Accounting Experts,

We are facing an issue in accounting setup for "Inter Organization Transfer" Transactions for Packing Material, We fixed account code "120103" for our finish product but when we make inter organization

transfer it credit "120103" account, When I checked accounting setup against Particular Event Class and Event Type for such transactions then I come to know "Journal Line Definition" owner oracle has

been defined with value "Transact" , Kindly I have confusion please clear those things.

1) Can Journal Line definition with owner "Oracle" work if "user" is not being define?

2) In Journal Derivation Rule values is "Transact Account" against All Segment what is mean by that?
