Field Validation issue

Hi

I want to make which product cased the loss filed to be required when reason won lost i= Product.  I have put in my field validation but keep getting syntax error and cant see what I have done wrong.

[<ReasonWonLost>] ='Product' AND [<[<plWhich_product_caused_the_loss_ITAG>]>] IS NOT NULL

Any help gratefully recieved.
