View not rendering in Open UI post upgrade to 8.1.1.11

Hi Siebel Experts,

I am facing an issue that the 2nd and 3rd level detail category bars are not getting rendered correctly in Open UI after upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11.  IRM was done while upgradation.

One observation is that when i click the F11 to do a full screen i see the detail category tabs highlighted in blue. But when i click any one of the detail categogy its not navigating to that particular view.

I see this issue is not happening in HI Client and is happening only in Open UI. I checked the developer console and found the below warning:
