E9 JDE id with oracle db

Hi, can I delete the jde acc in JDE or in Oracle database ?

Have a question regarding the JDE user id.

We have a user id call JDE and it should be the administrator s' id.

Any different between JDE user id and dadatabase user id ?

Any link between the JDE ( user id ) and database 's JDE id ?

If not mistaken, B7332 with MSSQL db require both set of userID or system userID in JDE and MSSQL db...meaning if we create userA in JDE then we need to create userA in MSSQL DB as well...
