Expenditure organization inactive.

     Hello Experts,

I frequesntly come across a problem of "expenditure organization not active" while interfacing/incurring transactions in PA. I have done everything that is mentioned in metalink note 756313.1.

None of those work. Hence I am left with only one option. Create a data script to update PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL table (in case of interfacing transaction), Columns transfer_status_code to P (Pending) remove error from column transaction_rejection_code. After this, transactions do get interfaced successfully.

Can someone advise me permenant solution for this?

I observed that ExpenditureOrganizations are having inactive_date in pa_all_oganizations table but for other Org_ids. Could this create any trouble?
