Multiple services offline with Reason: Start method is running.

Hi All,

I need some advise on services status as below. These services state is offline with Reason: Start method is running. I had tried to restart it but seem not working.

svc:/system/cluster/cl-svc-cluster-milestone:default (Synchronizing the cluster userland services)

State: offline since Mon Nov 25 10:27:02 2013

Reason: Start method is running.

Impact: 3 dependent services are not running:

        svc:/system/cluster/sc_svtag:default

        svc:/application/autoreg:default

        svc:/system/cluster/sckeysync:default

svc:/milestone/multi-user-server:default (multi-user plus exports milestone)

State: offline since Mon Nov 25 10:26:57 2013

Reason: Start method is running.
