Journal Import program is not picking the records in GL_INTERFACE table.

Hi,

I have an issue with our system. We gotta records in GL_INTERFACE table which is from other system.

The records doesn't have any errors. It's status is NEW. But if we run the Journal Import program with the proper date criteria, It is not picked by the program.

Can anyone help me in this issue please. The sooner , the better.
