Executing Multiple Segment Advisor Recommendations

Segment Advisor for one of our databases currently has 303 recommendations.  Is there a way to select all of them to execute at once, rather than clicking on Select All for every page of 10 or so?  Or, can I use a SQL statement to generate the commands and execute in sqlplus?
