Display additional columns in lovs

Hi

Is there any way to Display additional columns in LOVs. when we query Requisition in requisition summary form it display Requisition, operating unit, preparer, description

how can I display addition column like Approval status or currency.

It seems to be related to value sets with validation as table. but I couldn't find out the value sets related to these lovs.
