Adding links to fields to access record card

Hi

I would like advice on how to link a field on a list to the appropriate record card.

On the All Leads system generated list, the contact's Last Name has a link to the Contact record card, however we would also like the Company Name to be a link to the Account record card as this is primarily where our ASMs work from.

Is this possible and where do I assign the link?
