CSS/HCM split and MANAGE HIRES component

Hello,

I have a question concerning how others have handled the following:  We are starting our CSS/HCM split project and we are unsure as to how ORACLE is handling their clients that use the MANAGE HIRES component in HCM.  Our HR department currently uses this component to add newly hired individuals (through applicant and feeder systems).  This component adds all of the PERSON related data (first three tabs of the component) and JOB related data (last tab of component),  Currently, we are running on a combined CSS/HCM environment.

After the split we will have separate CSS (9.0) and HCM (9.0) environments for awhile and then plan to upgrade to HCM 9.2.  We have been informed that all PERSON related data needs to originate in CSS and all JOB related data needs to originate in HCM.  You can see the dilhema.
