Error 1002097: Unable to load database

Hello,

Just wanted to share my experience with error 1002097.

While backing up one of the dbs, I forced killed the process because I thought the validation process was taking too long.

Unfortunately, that did something to the database and caused the database to become unavailable.

Fortunately for me, after rebooting the server, everything went back to normal.

Another result that I could have gotten was data corruption according to my friend.

So moral is, be careful and always make a backup first.
