How to Setup Item so in Sales order schedule ship date will automatically change to the specified da

Hi Community,

We are on Oracle 12.1.1.

Here is scenario:

     Customer orders ten lines. Scheduled ship date supposed to be on 3/20. Four of the lines are new products with a launch date of 4/1. Can the system automatically change the schedule ship date at order enter time to 4/1? 

And leave the schedule ship date alone on the other six lines?
