GMO_BATCH_STEP_LOCK_HIST when does it populate

Hi All,

There are two tables GMO_BATCH_STEP_LOCK_HIST and GMO_BATCH_STEP_LOCK_DETAILS .


I am not getting a consistent lock information from either of the two tables.

Sometimes , the data is in Details table and some times its present in HIST table and not in Details table.

Can you please suggest on how to address this.
