Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How many categorization of customers possible in oracle.

i.e for single customer we like to categorise it as

1. Domestic

1.1 Wholesealer

1.2 - NSW Region.

So in short every customer needs to be configured for three categories. Which fields we can use for the same in customer master.

we know one is customer class. what other fields we can use for wholesealer and NSW Region categorisation,
