Disks attached to Ldoms after creation are not migrated with Automatic Recovery, is this expected?

In our current Installation (Ops center in a T4-1) , Virtualized servers on 3xT5-2 , we are seeing the following:

When disks (other than the boot disk) are attached to the guest ldom after its creation, the Automatic Recovery test of that guest fails to boot properly in the other physical server because it does not migrate properly
