Account Analysis - (180 Char) beginning balance in 0

Hi community.

I have this problem. When the user run the Account Analysis - (180 Char) for an 16 account, to the period 'JAN-14' the beginning balance DR shows 0 but we know that the account has an ending balance the last month (Dec-13) different to 0.

Please help us, this is urgent.
