PR Rejected without user intervention with message "Requisition has been rejected by other approver"

Hi,

We have implemented AME for PR Approval.

PRs pending with approvers are getting rejected automatically with a message "Requisition has been rejected by other approver".

Can anyone help why and how it is happening and how we can stop this.
