Tag Number in Item Instance

Hi ,

In the Contact Center Search Parameters/Service Request Header level, there is a field "Tag Number", but in Install base I am not able to locate the field, can you please help me in understanding the behavior and usage of the Tag Number in Install Base Item Instance.
