"Oracle Windows Interfaces" on 11.2.0.4

I'm doing a migration testing for one of our Oracle databases. Previously on lower versions (11.1), we can see the list of components installed and could select a specific component to be installed.

However, in 11.2.0.4, the installation doesn't seem to allow us to customize our installations. How do I select the "Oracle Windows Interfaces" component for use in 11.2.0.4? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Has this component been deprecated?

Note: I'm installing on a Solaris machine. The component needs to be installed as another application requires portions of it to access the database.
