Logical Standby - Apply process failing with ora-12705

Hey Guys, I am setting up a RAC-RAC data guard logical standby setup using Oracle 11.2.0.4. Got through the setup of the Physical standby and the transition to logical standby. As soon as i issue the command, "alter database start logical standby apply immediate;" on the logical standby instance, I see the following in the alert log

LOGSTDBY Apply process AS01 server id=1 pid=75 OS id=18770 stopped

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/auswdls/AUSWDLS1/trace/AUSWDLS1_as01_18770.trc:

ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified
