Failed to find text '{ts' in its proper location. When synchronizing the data between the WebCenter

While attempting to synchronize the data between the WebCenter Content and WebCenter Content: Records.

The following schedule events log this error "Failed to find text '{ts' in its proper location."

This happens only for 'uploadcontent' and 'contentdates'.

I came across this support note (Doc ID 1550089.1) which mentioned it is a know issue. Is there work around for this? If not the URM adapter is not usable. Please advise
