Redeploy Web Application?

Hi Comrades,

This is my first time to post in this community, hope I am in the right space.

I am reviewing HFM patch: Release 11.1.2.2.306 Patch Set Update (PSU): 11.1.2.2.306

In the one of the steps below, it asks to re-deploy web application.

I have not done this before, any ideas how to do it?

I searched weblogic deployment and could not find specifc HFM web app, is this done via Config Manager and how?
