Oracle Servcie Contracts R12

Please can someone confirm if in R12 we can manipulate the billing streams for an Order Management Service Contract?

As per my understanding the OM originated contract is directly billed for the whole period through OM to AR workflow process and there is no provision to schedule the billing in Service Contracts.
